Sanitation Lead **3rd Shift
Job Description
Lead team to implement change as the department sees fit to maintain and/or improve our department objectives.
Expectation to update MSS’s, SSOP’s or other documents on the shared drive when given direction by the Operations Manager.
Inspect work, materials, products, and equipment to detect unsatisfactory work, defects, or malfunctions and report to supervisor and/or manager.
Monitor, maintain, and report sanitation efficiency while watching for problems, needs, and changes from usual cleaning schedules or conditions.
Adhere to sanitation commitment(s) to clean plants and deliver to production each day.
Lead daily meetings for department employees.
Qualifications
- Able to manage and execute directives
- Able to work with chemicals and/or learn proper chemical properties for dilution, mixing and safe handling of chemicals
- Able to mentor subordinates for successful results, and report any issues that contribute to the inability to execute KPI; specifically centered on employee performance
Compensation
Compensation Range: $23.00 - $25.00
