Sanitation Lead - 3rd shift

Cooper Farms is hiring a 3rd shift Sanitation Lead team member at our Liquid Egg Processing facility in Ft. Recovery, Ohio (Mercer County). Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $20.90–$24.45/hour
• Potential increase after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 pm–6:30 am

Responsibilities

• Lead the sanitation crew and make sure the plant stays clean and runs smoothly.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on schedule and properly recorded.
• Ensure cleaning chemicals are used safely and correctly.
• Train team members on how to mix, label, and handle cleaning chemicals.
• Ensure the facility follows all food safety and USDA sanitation rules.
• Work well with other departments to keep operations productive and efficient.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a high school diploma
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and basic computer skills
• Experience with sanitation and chemical handling
