Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Assembles trays, serves and delivers food; dispenses beverages and necessary condiments per departmental standards and regulatory agency requirements.
- Prepares salads, sandwiches, cold plates and other items that require limited food preparation skills.
- Maintains clean and sanitary environment in kitchen per departmental, GBMC, and regulatory agency policies, procedures, and standards.
- Operates, cleans, and unloads dish machine according to policies and procedures.
- Places in appropriate storage place.
- Washes pots and utensils per departmental, GBMC, and regulatory agency policies, procedures, and standards.
- Adheres to GBMC and department policies for proper hygiene and dress code.
- Performs other tasks designated by Management team.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience: 3 months experience preferred
Skills
- Ability to work well under time constraints and to work effectively as a team member.
Company Information
Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00
Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
