Job Duties
- Completing daily list of sanitation duties.
- Ensuring the general sanitary condition of the building.
- Patrolling the building for any unsanitary conditions.
- Using BRC Standards for Food Safety as guidelines.
- Maintaining Master Sanitation schedule.
- Adhering to chemical safety rules and wearing proper PPE.
- Keeping cleaning records up to date and organized.
- Becoming qualified and licensed for Fork Truck, JLG or other motorized vehicles.
Physical Requirements
- Able to use ladders, work on elevated platforms and work at different elevations.
- Able to see/differentiate all primary colors.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
