Job Summary

The Food & Nutrition Sanitation worker will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the Food & Nutrition Department. This position requires the ability to perform specific competencies as outlined on the Competency Checklist and to meet annual performance goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates adherence to HACCP/food safety guidelines and policies.
• Maintains and adheres to Food & Nutrition uniform and personal appearance standards.
• Reports all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Utilizes systems to ensure patient safety, infection control practices, department security, and HIPAA guidelines.
• Utilizes proper processes to achieve patient, customer, and physician satisfaction goals.
• Participates in team and individual employee training.
• Participates in training with other members of the Food Service department staff to advance within the industry.
