Follow established guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Wash glasses and dishes in standard dish rack.
• Wash pots and pans only in the pot washer's area.
• Ensure kitchen is kept neat and clean by sweeping up broken glass/dishes and mopping up spills.
• Empty and sanitize full and heavy trash cans after each use.
• Place new trash bags in the container after each cleaning.
• Follow MSDS protocols and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with plating banquet events.
