Dispense and use proper chemicals for each job. Maintain footbaths and hand wash stations and fork truck dip. Sanitize repack, dumper and scale room at changeover. Sanitize bean room, warehouse. Tunnel area, tote area, and repack tools. Keep drains cleared at all times. Prep all cleaning chemicals and utensils for different jobs in different areas.This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements or working conditions associated with the job. Minimum Qualifications/Certifications/Experience Required Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 lb. Must be able to follow lock out procedures on necessary equipment. Must have ability to tear down equipment and reassemble it. Must be able to properly use all cleaning equipment and chemicals. Must be able to work with chemicals and withstand the aroma of chemicals. Must have a good work record and good attendance. Must know how to use all necessary PPE and understand its purpose. Must be able to work off from ladders, fork truck cages and cat walks. Must be self-motivated and display logical thinking. Must be able to properly handle the use, dispersion, and storage of sanitation chemicals. Must be able to closely follow food safety and safety rules and procedures.
