About the Role

The Sanitation Technician role at the Lancaster location supports the Sanitation team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant. You will perform various functions, including:

• Running food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures.
• Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.
• Recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues.

Competitive compensation: earn $20.75 per hour, including shift differential. Earn more with opportunities for additional overtime!

Schedule

This is a full-time permanent role, operating 6AM to 6PM on a rotating days/weeks schedule. Overtime may be available depending on the needs of the business.

Requirements

• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus.
• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.
