Sanitarian
Job Summary
The Sanitarian supports food safety, sanitation, and operational compliance across Concessions, Culinary, and Premium departments. This role helps ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company standards, and alcohol service requirements while maintaining a safe environment for guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Conduct inspections of kitchens, concession stands, storage areas, and event locations.
- Verify proper food handling, storage, transportation, and temperature controls.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, allergen, and cross-contamination standards.
- Maintain cleaning schedules, equipment sanitation, and workplace safety practices.
- Support compliance with alcohol service policies, ID verification, and required certifications.
- Train and coach team members on food safety and sanitation best practices.
- Complete compliance audits, inspections, and required documentation.
- Assist with health department inspections and corrective action plans.
- Partner with operational leaders to identify and resolve compliance concerns.
- Respond to food safety, sanitation, and guest quality concerns as needed.
- Work collaboratively with Culinary, Concessions, and Premium teams to ensure all cleaning, mopping, and sanitation procedures are completed properly and consistently.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Florida Level 2 background screening.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in food service or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.

Pay
Pay Range: $22.00 to $25.00
