About the role

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager who will report directly to the Engineering Head. This role is critical in establishing and maintaining robust engineering management systems within our pharmaceutical operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish a comprehensive system of engineering management.
• Ensure effective preventive and corrective maintenance programs are in place.
• Develop managerial and technical tools to facilitate and improve maintenance services.
• Plan and implement periodic technical arrests for facilities and site equipment.
• Prepare budgets and investment techniques for site facilities and the Engineering Department.
• Evaluate the performance of technical facilities and equipment.
• Ensure follow-up of technical services, suppliers, and technical purchases with the indirect purchase department.
• Develop programs to improve the performance of facilities and site equipment.
• Provide technical and managerial support to the Engineering Head.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
