About the role

An opportunity as Quality Officer is now open in Algiers. You will be based in Staouali Warehouse and report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager. You will be involved in all aspects related to the quality department, maintaining the Quality Management and processes effectively in both distribution processes and sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Good Distribution/Manufacturing Practice at the warehouse
• Evaluate cold chain and handle temperature deviations
• Evaluate and review batch records
• Perform self-inspections
• Handle document control, including archiving processes
• Manage deviations and change requests
• Define Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Train employees on Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Participate in audits and follow up on audit findings and CAPA
• Update and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Requirements

• Graduate in Pharmacy
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Team spirit and a positive, quality- and performance-oriented mindset
• Fluency in French and English is required
• Experience handling deviations and distribution processes is an asset
