Sander/Polisher (Finishing)

What You'll Do

• Work with sanding tools and other light machinery to smooth and polish materials to match provided product designs.
• Inspect finished products for imperfections or cosmetic defects.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working with tools and machinery.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.

Requirements

• Displays a positive, can-do attitude and is a team player.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, even in labor-intensive tasks, to achieve the highest level of finish quality.
• Lifting, standing/walking, kneeling, bending, and arm and shoulder movements with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience using various sanding and polishing tools and equipment is a plus.
