Sand Molder

About the role

Gemini is seeking a 2nd Shift Sand Molder to join our team in Decorah, IA. We are a positive, people-first culture dedicated to creating unique signage products through the strengths of our team members.

Responsibilities

• Makes, assembles, and prepares sand molds.
• Removes hardened sand from forms.
• Inspects and cleans molds and mixer daily by removing solidified sand as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sand molding or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.

Pay

$21.53 - $28.79 per hour, inclusive of a 10% 2nd shift differential.

Schedule

10 hour days, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday - Thursday. Overtime is scheduled as needed.
