Responsibilities

• Direct all on-site camp activities
• Manage and mentor camp instructors
• Ensure safety standards are upheld at all times
• Deliver the Giants curriculum with consistency
• Create a positive, structured environment for youth athletes
• Maintain communication with parents and regional leadership

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience in youth development
• Coaching experience preferred
• Ability to manage 20+ staff and campers
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Passion for youth sports and character development

Schedule & Details

10-week summer commitment
Monday–Friday
Willingness to support nearby Bay Area locations
Background check required
Pay: $1,400–$1,650/week
