About the role
ClearChoice is seeking an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon part-time to place dental implants for patients wanting "All-on‑X" solutions. Work as a 1099 independent contractor, 1‑2 days per week depending on availability, with surgeries typically from 7 am to 11:00 am. You will transform patient lives, gain invaluable training and experience performing three or more arches each day, and enjoy excellent compensation paid on production in a high‑volume practice with no overhead and no non‑competes. The practice provides everything needed for surgery, including a well‑trained surgical team, and you will collaborate side‑by‑side with an expert Prosthodontist who handles consults, treatment plans, and restorative work. Management handles all business needs, allowing you to focus on patients and surgeries in an amazing, low‑stress environment with no referrals to manage. Each ClearChoice Center is owned and operated by licensed dental experts, offering comprehensive implant treatment in advanced, all‑in‑one facilities equipped with modern CBCT technology, intra‑oral scanners, and an on‑site lab.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental implant surgery including extraction of teeth and alveolectomy as necessary.
- Provide safe and effective anesthesia services; a CRNA is provided in some centers or as needed.
- Work in close collaboration with the Prosthodontist to plan cases for optimal results.
- Conduct work in compliance with office policies, procedures, safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience with the AO4 procedure.
- Graduate of a U.S. accredited four‑year dental school (DMD or DDS).
- Post‑graduate U.S. surgical program with certificate to practice oral surgery.
- Successfully pass a thorough background check.
Compensation & Benefits
- Average half‑day earnings: $6,000–$8,000.
- Average annual earnings: approximately $600,000 for only two mornings per week.
- Annual compensation range: $576,000 – $768,000.
