About the role

ClearChoice is seeking an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (part‑time, 1099 independent contractor) to place dental implants for patients pursuing All‑on‑X solutions. You will work 1‑2 days per week, with surgeries typically from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., transforming patient lives while gaining experience placing three or more arches each day in a high‑volume, overhead‑free practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental implant surgery including extraction of teeth and alveolectomy as necessary.
• Provide safe and effective anesthesia services (a CRNA is provided in some centers or as needed).
• Work in close collaboration with an expert Prosthodontist to help plan cases for optimal results.
• Conduct work in compliance with office policies and procedures, safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with the AO4 procedure.
• Graduate of a U.S. accredited four‑year dental school (DMD or DDS).
• Completion of a post‑graduate U.S. surgical program with a certificate to practice oral surgery.
• Successful passage of a thorough background check.

Compensation & Benefits

• Average half‑day earnings: $6,000–$8,000.
• Projected annual earnings: approximately $600,000 for two mornings per week.
• Annual compensation range: $576,000 – $768,000.

Schedule
