Responsibilities

  • Leads the Samples Department, creating and executing samples requests.
  • Communicates professionally with Clients and Reps on Sample requirements.
  • Captures and documents Sample assembly methods.
  • Maintains and orders any samples inventory.
  • Reviews and ensures quality of Samples.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required, college degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated computer skills, including file management and organization.
  • Clear, concise communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Qualifications

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Professionalism in client interaction.

Skills

  • Experience operating a Zund cutting machine.
  • Familiarity with materials and manufacturing process.
