Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Receive samples for analysis and enter pertinent information in the computer system per applicable SOPs
• Work interactively with technical staff to meet clients' expectations regarding testing, reporting, and invoicing
• Proficient in performing duties of Sample Registration
• Troubleshoot and assist with Fresh Desk tickets to resolve customer issues
• Perform sample verification and monitor test codes for appropriateness
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with coworkers and other company employees
• Absenteeism management
• Manage tasks in Sample Registration
• Update Sample Registration procedures, Work Instructions, or flow charts
• Time management for high productivity
• Sample preparation proficiency
• Understanding of sample flow and priorities for productivity
• Availability to respond to client, staff, and coworker queries and needs
• Proficient typing, accuracy, and speed
• Safe and efficient activity conduct
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Associate’s Degree in science preferred, or equivalent
• Proficient typing ability, accuracy, and speed
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
