About the role
The Sample Coordinator is responsible for ensuring timely receipt, organization, and tracking of samples for each seasonal flow. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day merchandising operations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure samples are received on time for each seasonal flow.
- Organize samples and maintain accurate records of all incoming shipments.
- Coordinate with the Merchandising team regarding sample arrivals, delays, and updates.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Brand MAs.
- Prepare copy fact sheets using multiple systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide general administrative and project support to the broader team as needed.

Pay
Pay Rate: $20-22 an hour on W2 (DOE)
