Sample Coordinator

Position: Sample Coordinator (Creative/Marketing)

Job Type: Long-term W2 Contract

Location: San Francisco, CA – must currently reside in a commutable distance to San Francisco

Work Model: Fully Onsite Mon-Fri

Responsibilities

• Ensure samples are received in a timely manner for each seasonal flow.
• Keep samples organized and maintain records to track receiving information.
• Communicate with Merchandising team to discuss arrivals and delays.
• Build rapport with Brand MAs.
• Assemble copy fact sheets using several systems.
• Support entire team with other projects.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel.
• No C2C; must be able to work on W2 without sponsorship now or in the future.
