Responsibilities

- Build, maintain, and optimize retailer and distributor channel connections (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, regional distributors) via Salsify's syndication network
- Establish and enforce content readiness standards and scorecards to ensure product data completeness before syndication
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing ops, and data management to define and capture required content assets — copy, images, dimensions, regulatory attributes, and digital shelf elements
- Monitor channel-level content performance; identify gaps, rejections, and suppression issues and drive rapid resolution
- Build scalable processes and playbooks for new product launches, ensuring on-time delivery to all retail channels
- Train internal stakeholders on Salsify workflows and champion a culture of data quality across the organization
- Lead retailer-specific content projects including enhanced content (A+ Content, Rich Media, syndicated images) and support audit and compliance needs
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of Salsify platform management/ownership experience
- 5+ years of experience in product content management, digital shelf management, or e-commerce operations

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Hands-on experience with Salsify as a platform administrator or power user, including data transformations, readiness rules, digital shelf analytics, and channel configurations
- Strong command of product data concepts: attribute hierarchies, parent-child relationships, variant logic, and content enrichment workflows
- Experience with additional PIM, DAM, or MDM tools (Akeneo, Bynder, InRiver, Syndigo, etc.)
- Deep familiarity with major retail portal requirements (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Wayfair, or similar) and content syndication standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for bulk data management, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation
