Responsibilities
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality, provide timely, accurate, detail oriented and friendly service.
- Anticipate guest's needs and respond with a sense of urgency.
- Work with service team to provide an overall exceptional experience through attentive service and rapport with our guests.
- Memorize the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks, including seasonal changes and specialty items.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders.
- Work with Hosts, Servers and Management to move and set tables as needed.
- Absorb and maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working atmosphere.
Requirements
- At least 21+ years of age
- 7+ years serving experience
- Bartending experience a plus
- Availability to consistently work nights, including weekends/holidays
- Wine, Spirit and Cocktail knowledge required
- Knowledge of Restaurant POS Software
- Will need a valid CA Food Handler's Card and ABC Server Permit
- Reliable transportation for late nights
