Responsibilities
- Work in a sleevesrolled, handson fashion to help the team thrive and grow!
- Oversee daily operations of the salon, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Implement and enforce customer service practices to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Manage and develop staff members, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance.
- Maintain strict inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize loss.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Analyze financial data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competition, utilizing this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven track record in sales leadership and a strong sales background.
- Emphasis on teamwork with a demonstrated ability to flourish in a dynamic learning environment.
- A minimum of 23 years of successful sales experience.
- A minimum of 23 years of managerial or supervisory experience, overseeing comprehensive staff management including recruitment, training, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, terminations, coaching, and supporting.
- A dedication to meeting and surpassing performance expectations, including achieving or surpassing sales targets and established store goals.
- A passion for maintaining store image and ensuring exceptional first-time impressions.
- A flexibility and dependability regarding work schedules, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A fulltime commitment is essential.
- A willingness to address store obstacles on an oncall basis is required.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in MS Office programs like Word and Excel.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and quickly adapting to new procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective communication with customers, colleagues, and upper management.
- A strict adherence to Loss Prevention control and compliance procedures.
- Physical stamina to meet daily responsibilities, including the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Knowledge of the tanning and spa industry is a plus.
