SALON NAIL TECHNICIAN

About the Role

Provides exceptional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and specialized treatments to guests. Salon nail technicians ensure a serene and rejuvenating environment while upholding the resort's luxury standards.

Responsibilities

• Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Complete manicures, pedicures, and specialized nail services.
• Provide exceptional guest service to guests and team members.
• Work within established time frames to complete all selected services offered on the Spa Menu.
• Maintain knowledge of nail products and services and actively engage in promoting and selling them.
• Complete necessary opening and closing duties.
