We specialize in builder gel, structured manicures, Gel-X, and detailed nail art. This is not a rushed salon environment. What We’re Looking For Experience with Russian / dry manicure techniques (e-file required) Strong builder gel (structured manicure / BIAB) skills Clean cuticle work without damage Gel-X / soft gel extensions (preferred) Nail art is a plus NY State Nail Technician License required, must be able To perform pedicures. Work Environment Private studio setting Appointment-based (no walk-ins) Back-to-back bookings (must be efficient and consistent) Clients who value quality and retention Compensation $18–$25/hour (based on experience) Tips Bonus / commission opportunities Steady clientele provided Schedule Weekend availability required Flexible weekday shifts Full-time or part-time Important We focus on precision, structure, and long-lasting results.
