The Salon Manager Trainee
The Salon Manager Trainee is a leadership development role designed to prepare high-potential Team Members for future Studio Manager opportunities within Gloloft. Working alongside studio and company leadership, you will gain hands-on experience in operations, team development, sales performance, guest experience, and business management while building the skills needed to lead a successful studio.

As a Studio Manager Trainee, you'll work alongside Studio Managers and leadership teams to support daily operations, develop team members, drive sales performance, and create exceptional guest experiences. The goal of the Studio Manager in Training role is to develop the leadership, operational, and business skills necessary to successfully transition into a Studio Manager position within Gloloft.
