Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a talented team
• Ensure elevated client service standards
• Oversee daily operations with professionalism
• Drive performance, contests, and salon growth
• Participate in local marketing events
• Create schedules based on salon needs

Requirements

• Prior salon management or assistant management experience preferred
• Texas Cosmetology or Barber license required
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
• Ability to train new stylists
• Coachable and positive attitude
• Team player
• Men's grooming experience
• Flexible full‑time schedule

Pay

$35‑$50+ per hour total earnings (base pay + BIG tips + contests + bonuses) – Commission OR Hourly – you make the higher of the two!

• Easter – Closed
• Mother’s Day – Closed
• Memorial Day – Close at 5 PM
• 4th of July – Closed
• Father’s Day – Close at 5 PM
• Labor Day – Close at 5 PM
• Halloween – Close at 5 PM
• Thanksgiving Eve – Close at 7 PM
• Thanksgiving Day – Closed
• Black Friday – Closed
• Christmas Eve – Closed
• Christmas Day – Closed
• December 26th – Open at 12 PM
