Pay

Our team members make up to $30-$34 per hour of total income (hourly pay plus steady tips).

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

About the role

• Salon Managers lead the team, manage salon operations, and deliver haircuts, depending on salon needs.
• This is a hands-on leadership role where you split your time between salon management responsibilities and providing services to customers.
• Previous leadership experience is helpful but not always required; many Salon Managers are promoted from within after showing strong leadership skills.
• You’ll receive leadership and technical training, along with ongoing support to help you confidently lead your team. The LEADS development program provides training in skills needed to guide salon teams in brand delivery and achieve results.
