Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed FACE FOUNDRIÉ sales through staff recruiting, productivity development, service promotions, and demonstrations.
• Create an environment that maintains and exceeds standards of excellence in guest services, client retention skills, staff technical proficiency, and professional recommendations.
• Demonstrate high standards for customer service, image standards, and consistently execute FACE FOUNDRIÉ expectations.
• Maintain and exceed financial metrics including service revenue, average ticket, guest count, guest retention, rebooking, skin treatments, retail revenue, retention/turnover, and contribution goals.
• Identify opportunities for growth within staffing, average ticket, and rebooking.
• Perform services on guests and lead by example.
• Maintain personal productivity standards.
• Manage all personnel including recruitment, training, product knowledge and skills development, loss prevention knowledge, performance management, safety, recognition, and legal compliance.
• Lead through teaching employees and growing their productivity, have a clear vision of individual, team, and/or personal goals, and have coaching and mentoring skills.
• Identify the skill development needed for each staff member and determine the right resource, including themselves, to develop the skill.
• Ensure all technical product training classes are attended.
• Conduct 90-day probationary reviews for all new staff.
• Place and check in supply orders timely and within budget while being cautious not to run out of supplies needed to service guests.
• Conduct verbal and technical interviews, able to identify appropriate talents needed for salon growth.
• Assist with social media and marketing events, help forecast sales, growth trajectories, and expansion plans.

Requirements

Desired: Esthetician License

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of esthetics experience (required)
• 1 year of salon manager experience (preferred)
