We are seeking passionate, hard-working individuals to represent our nationwide brand as Salon Director/Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
- Hiring and training your team of Beauty Consultants
- Ongoing team training
- Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products
- Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met
- Maintaining a clean and organized salon
- Cash handling, opening/closing business
- Track goals and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Leadership/Management experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
Pay

Schedule
Flexible scheduling options. The busy season runs from early spring through summer, with quality time off during major holidays. The salon is closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year's Day. Nights and weekends required.
