Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture partnerships with cosmetology schools throughout the region
- Support recruiting efforts, including screening and interviewing stylists and estheticians
- Handle product and supply ordering for all salon locations
- Oversee maintenance requests and facility repairs at the store level
- Provide day-to-day operational assistance to keep our locations running at their best
Requirements
- Active Cosmetology license (must be current)
- Prior office or administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Solid communication and people skills
- Comfortable managing tasks across multiple states
