About the role
We’re a fast-growing operator of Sport Clips Haircuts and Waxing the City locations across the Midwest. Keyser Enterprises is hiring an Operations Assistant to support our salons and waxing studios from our headquarters in St. Louis.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with cosmetology and esthetics schools in the region
- Help drive recruitment and conduct interviews for stylists and estheticians
- Manage supply and product orders for multiple salon locations
- Cook up repairs, maintenance, and upkeep at the store level
- Deliver ongoing operational support to keep everything running efficiently
Qualifications
- Must hold an active Cosmetology license
- Previous office or administrative experience required
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to support operations across several states
Pay
Competitive starting salary of $60,000
