Salon Assistant - Chicago

Responsibilities

- Provide a high standard of assistance to Hairstylists and Hair Colorists by performing tasks such as shampooing clients, applying and monitoring treatments, executing conditioning treatments, and supporting the standards of Tricoci by maintaining blow dry/self-serve stations, hairstylist stations, shampoo areas, dispensary areas, and laundry. - Ensure safety standards and cleanliness, keeping the work area clean and equipment properly sanitized. - Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during, and after services; always ensure board compliance. - Actively engage in the Tricoci team, promoting teamwork and a high level of client services throughout the Salon and Spa.

Requirements

- Experience with retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work various schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. - Strong communication, excellent organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships. - Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time.

Pay

$17.05 - $17.5 per hour

Schedule

Part-time and full-time roles available. Schedules include evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
