Responsibilities

• Aiding with shampooing, color, treatments, and styling
• Creating a five-star experience for every guest
• Serving as a point of contact for the front desk — booking, checkout, and organization
• Maintaining the salon’s cleanliness and smooth operation

Requirements

• In cosmetology school or early in your career (0–2 years)
• Passionate about learning and eager to grow
• Positive and team-oriented attitude
• Pays attention to detail and takes pride in work
• Wants more than just a job — wants a career in this industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously
