Responsibilities

• Make a positive first impression
• Constantly circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner; avoid “grouping” or other behaviors that prevent effective greetings
• Know your customers and products—find the perfect fit
• Maintain a good working knowledge of system functionality and enhancements for faster and more efficient order processing
• Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently; partner with other sales staff or customer care teams whenever necessary to ensure prompt and thorough problem resolution

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional, neat and clean-cut appearance
• High degree of self-motivation and project positive attitude
• Customer-centric and enjoys serving others
• Ability to establish rapport and develop trust with customers
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
• Ability to use MS Office applications and navigate the internet
• English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check

Pay

Pay Range: $44,000 – $159,000 annually (100% commission based). Our top sales professionals can make over $130,000 per year.
