Position Overview
We are looking for motivated sales professionals to join our remote insurance sales team. This is a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor position focused on helping individuals, families, and business owners find appropriate insurance and protection solutions. Our agency works across life insurance, health insurance, Medicare, and large case design.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Use available lead opportunities and prospecting strategies to connect with individuals who may need insurance or financial protection solutions.
- Client Consultation: Speak with clients by phone or virtually to understand their goals, health coverage needs, retirement concerns, family protection needs, and financial priorities.
- Insurance Solutions: Present appropriate life insurance, health insurance, and Medicare options based on each client’s needs, concerns, and budget.
- Large Case Design: Work with the team on more advanced cases and higher-value planning opportunities when appropriate.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain client relationships through professional communication, ongoing support, and follow-up to encourage satisfaction and policy retention.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, product options, carrier offerings, and market conditions so you can provide clients with relevant information.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client conversations, applications, and progress toward production goals.
- Compliance: Follow all regulatory requirements and company policies while protecting client information and maintaining ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred, especially in insurance, financial services, customer service, or another client-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or virtual meeting
- Confident presenting solutions and guiding clients through decisions
- Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently from home
- Able to manage a flexible remote schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus
- Life and Health insurance license required to produce, or willingness to obtain one with guidance through the process

Career Details
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position
- Income range is based on production levels achieved by representatives in current markets
- Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly on the 15th
- Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client’s sale, based on applicable policy terms and retention
- Candidates must be properly licensed before producing business
