About the role

As a full-time Salesperson, you’ll be the face of our company, using your interpersonal and communication skills to close sales of tires and custom wheels. You’ll consult with customers, process orders, and ensure satisfaction while driving business growth.

Top performers earn significantly: our leading salesperson made over $75,000, with others close behind at $70,000 and $67,000. The average Salesperson earns between $45,000 and $55,000 through hourly pay and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial customer contact, providing top-notch service and making a great impression.
• Consult with potential customers about products and services primarily over the phone.
• Close sales and accurately process orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive consistent business flow by achieving sales goals.

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Physical ability to lift and organize heavy product (must lift 50 lbs unassisted).
• Basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• People-oriented with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Goal-driven and motivated to increase sales and improve efficiency.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or related roles (e.g., account executive, sales rep, account manager) is helpful but not required.
