Salesperson

RNR Tire Express is a national franchise retailer of quality tires and custom wheels, established in 2000 with over 200 locations in 30 states. We focus on serving customers with a unique and exceptional experience, supported by excellent training and tools for our employees.

About the role

As a Salesperson, you will use your interpersonal and communication skills to close sales of our quality tire and custom wheel products and services. You will be the face of our company, providing top-notch customer service to make a great impression. Your responsibilities will include consulting with potential customers, processing orders accurately, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Consult with potential customers about our products and services, primarily over the phone.
• Close sales and process orders accurately.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain a steady flow of business through effective sales techniques.

Requirements

• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Physical ability to lift and organize heavy product (must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted).
• Basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales roles (e.g., account executive, sales rep, account manager, sales manager, or account representative) is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven and motivated to increase sales and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Pay

Average earnings for a Salesperson range between $45,000 to $55,000 annually, including hourly pay and bonuses. Top performers have earned over $75,000.
