Compensation

• Top salesperson made over $75,000
• Second salesperson made close to $70,000
• Third salesperson made $67,000
• Average salesperson makes between $40,000 and $55,000 with hourly wages and bonuses

Qualifications

• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving history
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Physical ability to lift and organize heavy product (must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted)
• Basic computer skills
• Experience in customer service or as an account executive, sales rep, account manager, sales manager, or account representative is helpful but NOT required

Responsibilities

• Use interpersonal and communication skills to help close sales of quality tire and custom wheel products and services
• Serve as the initial customer contact and the face of the company
• Provide top-notch customer service to make a great impression
• Spend the majority of time on the phone consulting with potential customers about products and services
• Accurately process orders once sales are made
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Act as an effective closer to help maintain a steady flow of business
• Achieve personal and company sales goals
