Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment.
  • Sell new and used equipment including tractors, lawn mowers, excavators, skid steers, and more.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales goals, preferably in agriculture or construction equipment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Kubota equipment and applications is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
