Job Description
Crain Buick GMC of Springdale is seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and closing skills, a passion for prospecting new customers, and in-depth product knowledge to effectively meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide expert product knowledge.
- Possess strong prospecting abilities to identify and engage potential buyers.
- Effectively present and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers.
- Utilize strong closing skills to finalize sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet dealership goals.
Skills Required
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent closing skills to convert prospects into customers.

- Comprehensive product knowledge of Buick and GMC vehicles.
