About the role

Wow Wash 360 needs a door-to-door salesperson who knows how to knock, talk, and close. Winter means clogged gutters and debris-covered roofs on every street — the demand is already out there. Your job is to go get it. You earn the hourly rate or your commission — whichever is greater. Sell well and you'll leave the hourly in the dust. This role rewards people who produce.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door to sell services addressing clogged gutters and debris-covered roofs.
• Knock on doors, talk to homeowners, and close sales.
• Earn the hourly rate or commission, whichever is greater.
• Work outdoors in winter conditions.
• Stay self‑driven with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Comfortable knocking on doors and striking up conversations.
• Thick skin and a short memory — not every door says yes.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work outdoors in winter.
• Self‑driven; no hand‑holding needed.

Pay

You earn the hourly rate or your commission — whichever is greater.
