Position Overview
Audio Advice seeks experienced Sales & System Designers to drive sales and deliver an exceptional experience to customers. Utilizing the best demonstration showroom in the state, these professionals work with customers to understand their needs and provide the best solution within budget. They handle a variety of products including music, movies, home automation, cameras, and security, and often involve installation services requiring a deep understanding of the equipment and software.
Position Purpose
Meet and/or exceed sales, individual service quality, and team goals. Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships through daily interactions during sales and product inquiries.
Position Responsibilities
- Build audio, video, and home theater solutions that engage customers and drive profitability.
- Drive repeat business by providing excellent service and thorough product knowledge to customers through relationship building and solutions sales.
- Keep customers informed on the status of their order, reconcile errors in a cost-effective manner, resolve post-order issues such as returns, and follow up to ensure all customer needs are fulfilled.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of A/V sales experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, take initiative, and multi-task
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- A passion for high-performance audio and high-quality work

Compensation
Compensation includes a modest salary plus commissions. Less experienced salespersons typically earn $50,000 per year, while more senior sales designers earn over $200,000.
