🚀 GUARDIAN IS BUILDING ITS TEXAS SALES TEAM Bring your connections, initiative, and sales skills. Help clients find the right Guardian services—and earn commission when qualifying work is approved, delivered, and paid. We’re inviting independent outside sales representatives from across Texas to join our new pilot program. Choose one service line or several. Work part-time around another job or devote more time to building your sales pipeline. Choose your focus: ✅ Security Services — opportunities statewide ✅ Private Investigations — opportunities statewide ✅ Grounds Maintenance — primarily Waco and McLennan County, with select nearby areas ✅ Training Academy — based in Waco and Dallas; eligible commissions apply to qualifying Level III-and-higher and approved Defensive Tactics courses. Level II is online and noncommissionable. Classes outside Waco or Dallas require at least 15 students scheduled. This is a commission-only opportunity. Commissions are based on qualifying work and client payments collected. Guardian provides the complete commission schedule and written terms for review before anyone joins or begins representing the company. Leads must be registered and approved. Duplicate or already-active opportunities may not qualify. Guardian retains client relationships and approves pricing and contracts. There is no commission for a lead alone or for recruiting staff.
