Salesman - Closers - Commercial Roofing

Book of business wanted - if you are a strong salesman/project manager with a strong book of business and are wanting to maximize earnings - this is the role for you!

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing sales experience preferred
• Proven track record selling reroof, service/maintenance, and/or new construction roofing projects
• Strong hunter mentality with the ability to self-generate business
• Experience closing negotiated work and developing long-term client relationships
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, coatings, and metal roofing systems
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated, competitive, and relationship-driven personality
• CRM and proposal software experience preferred
