Mission

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the product vision and strategy for Salesforce Marketing Cloud within the organization.

About the role

This is a hands-on position where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the development and execution of product strategies, including feature prioritization and ROI analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations with other business systems.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and drive professional growth.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
  • Strong knowledge/experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Proven track record in product strategy, roadmap creation, backlog prioritization, ROI analysis, and user story mapping.
  • Experience completing full Salesforce Marketing stack projects (initiation to delivery/support).
  • Strong marketing data acumen and digital/product marketing experience.
  • Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and act as a strategic partner across business units.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cloud technologies.
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring employees in a technical environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
  • 12+ years of product or content management experience (or equivalent combination).
  • 5+ years as a technical lead, supervisor, or manager.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration and integration between business systems.
  • Demonstrated Agile principles and practices knowledge.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce tools and platforms.
