Mission
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the product vision and strategy for Salesforce Marketing Cloud within the organization.
About the role
This is a hands-on position where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies, including feature prioritization and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Implement and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations with other business systems.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and drive professional growth.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
- Strong knowledge/experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Proven track record in product strategy, roadmap creation, backlog prioritization, ROI analysis, and user story mapping.
- Experience completing full Salesforce Marketing stack projects (initiation to delivery/support).
- Strong marketing data acumen and digital/product marketing experience.
- Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and act as a strategic partner across business units.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cloud technologies.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring employees in a technical environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- 12+ years of product or content management experience (or equivalent combination).
- 5+ years as a technical lead, supervisor, or manager.
- Experience with Salesforce administration and integration between business systems.
- Demonstrated Agile principles and practices knowledge.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Salesforce tools and platforms.
