- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of leading global Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud Advanced/ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management) & other Salesforce Projects, systems, processes, and suppliers.
- Experience with managing suppliers, including successfully implementing supplier service changes.
- Experience in driving technology change and rollouts.
- Ability to create business cases and get approval from C-level executives and business partners.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and follow a strong program governance structure for clear communication, good decisions, and fast problem-solving.
- Manage the program scope, timeline, and outcomes with project management methods and tools, such as agile, waterfall, or hybrid.
- Use EVM methods to monitor and report on the program performance, progress, and value.
- Make sure resources are used well, priorities are aligned, and standards and best practices are followed.
- Report regularly and accurately on the program status, achievements, challenges, and risks, using the right formats and tools.
- Find, assess, and reduce potential program risks, such as technical, operational, financial, or reputational risks. Report issues as needed and have backup plans.
- Work with the implementation partner to ensure quality and timely program delivery, solve any problems or conflicts, and give feedback and guidance as needed.
- Track the program budget and expenses and revenue against the plan. Report any differences or risks and suggest fixes.
