Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce development with hands on experience in custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
- Design scalable architectures using Salesforce best practices (e.g., Governor Limits, Bulkification, Security Models).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and deploy via CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Gearset, Copado).
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware.
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement data migration strategies (e.g., Data Loader, ETL tools).
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, Einstein, and industry trends to recommend enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with security standards (e.g., OWASP, GDPR) and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including 5+ years in a lead role.
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer II (PDII), Architect certifications (e.g., CTA, SAA), or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC/Aura, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, and Salesforce DX.
- Experience with integrations (e.g., Named Credentials, External Services) and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Sales Cloud.
- Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React Angular,ks, or Node.js for custom components.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git) and testing frameworks (JUnit).
- Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., CSM).
