Responsibilities
- Implementation of customer requirements in various Salesforce cloud products.
- Developing the solution design within the chosen Salesforce cloud solution.
- Conceptualization of data models, flows, and custom functionalities.
- Designing integration scenarios based on Salesforce’s API-First strategy.
- Providing technical support to Salesforce business analysts.
- Training users (key users).
- Coordination with the developer team.
- Continuous learning on Trailhead and in the Partner Learning Camp.
Requirements
- Successfully completed certification as a Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Business Analyst, and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant.
- An academic degree in Business Administration (with a focus on Computer Science), Natural Sciences, or (Applied) Computer Science.
- Professional experience is desirable but not necessary.
- Initial experience with SCRUM and agile methods.
- The ability to show high commitment, teamwork, and resilience.
- Excellent proficiency in using MS Office.
- You want to continuously improve your skills and abilities and share your knowledge.
- Interest in a long-term collaboration.
- Good command of German and English.
