Salesforce Sales Cloud Technical Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Sales Cloud Technical Consultant to join our team in the Bay Area, California. This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce development, integration, and system migration, with a strong emphasis on billing system projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support billing system migration to the Salesforce platform
• Design, develop, and implement solutions within Sales Cloud
• Build and maintain integrations using Python and APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Perform data migration, transformation, and validation from legacy systems
• Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Components, and workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
• Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10-15 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Solid programming experience in Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django)
• Experience in integrating Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs
• Hands-on experience in billing system migration projects
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
• Experience with Git/version control systems
• Familiarity with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Zapier)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
